Center for Masculinities and Social Justice has worked internationally and in the US since 2011 to engage men and boys as allies in gender equality, promote healthy manhood, and prevent violence. Equimundo works to promote care by and for men and boys, reduce violence and inequity, and in doing so achieve well-being for all.

At Equimundo we believe that care is an antidote to to violence and that Ranjit’s example serves as inspiration for many others to exercise their care muscles in standing up with the women and girls in their lives against gender-based violence.
What We Hope to Achieve
We hope for men to assume their role as carers, to own the fact that we are all wired to care, and for women, girls, and all to see that a safe, just, and caring world is not only possible but at hand.
